Centre of Expertise Wellbeing Economy & New Entrepreneurship

is working with ABE and other Centers of Expertise on the transitions to broad-based prosperity. One project within this agenda is the Green Business Club Den Bosch Spoorzone, launched on Sept. 19, in which the professorships New Entrepreneurship and Unthinkable Marketing participate.

A first project together with Centre of Expertise Safety and Resilience/Built Environment is mapping the sustainability strategy of the local participants, with the cooperation of Avans, Koning Willem I and Arcadis, among others. A follow-up project together with MNEXT/Smart Energy focuses on stimulating the formation of a local energy community. The projects are carried out jointly by researchers within the lectorates of the Centres of Expertise.

During the kick-off on Sept. 19, Alderman Ralph Geers and Diederik Imfeld gave a speech to those present. Then chairman Marc van der Mark, program manager Mirjam van Asten and Fridthjof Leerdam, project leader for sustainability at the municipality, presented the plans for the future.
