Mitchell Droog is a researcher at lectorate New Entrepreneurship and teacher, trainer and coach in the Communication program. As a researcher, he assists at Avans expert centers BWNO and MNEXT in the themes:
- sustainable entrepreneurship, participation strategy, legitimation and CSR
- behavioral and change analysis and strategy
- cocreation and project development
- community development
- education development circular / biobased transition
Mitchell is versatile and resourceful in finding opportunities that give you energy and meaning. He helps organizations and students take the steps they want and can take. He challenges you to think and work from your current and future roles in systems and transitions. As a holistic developer, his motto is: beat the system; move the people!
Expertise
At Avans he works since 2011 in various roles and functions, before that at commercial and social (network) organizations. As ambassador Sustainable Thinking and Doing he connects sustainable issues of organizations with education and students. He is always keen on what moves people and values working together with multiple added value.
